Yes, all prices published on the website already apply I.V.A. the corresponding.

WHAT'S THE SHIPPING METHOD?

We have several sending platforms, in Spain we usually send with GLS.


HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?

In Spain, as a general rule, and except in exceptional cases, the average delivery times are:

24-72 working hours (for the Balearic Islands: 24-96 working hours)


CAN I BUY WITH MY DATA BUT SEND TO ANOTHER ADDRESS?

Yes, you can make the purchase with your registration data, you can add a new address and tell us the address you want us to send the package to, so you can give our products away to whoever you want.

If you prefer, you can tell us in the order comments that we do not include the purchase ticket inside the package so that the person who receives it does not know the amount of it.

WHAT DO I DO IF I GET MY PACKAGE SMASHED OR DAMAGED?

When you receive the order, please note that the stickers on the top and bottom of the package are not in bad condition or tampered with and that there are no defects in the packaging.

You must notify us within seven working days of receipt of the order by writing to commercial@turronesbeamut.com to fix it as soon as possible.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We accept returns in the following cases:

1. What. If you notice any defects in the package when it is handed over to you by the shipping company.

2. What. If the products received are not in good condition or are expired.

If the products sent do not match those of your order.

In these three cases, we cover the shipping costs.

In all cases, you must contact us within a maximum period of fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the order by writing to commercial@turronesbeamut.com and tell us what the incidence was. We'll get in touch with you to manage the collection and fix the problem immediately.

IF I CHANGE MY MIND WHEN I GET THE ORDER?

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can return your order by contacting commercial@turronesbeamut.com

In this case, the customer bears the return costs and Turrones Beamut refund the purchase price within 30 days.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal everything must be properly sealed and packed.

WHAT'S THE COST OF SHIPPING?

You will be able to see the amount once you have added all products to the shopping cart. They shall be calculated automatically on the basis of order weight and destination.
