Grainy Platinum Polvorón Jijona

It is made primarily with selected Marcona almond, wheat flour, sugar, lard and cinnamon. They may have other additives, such as coconut or sesame scrape we usually we add natural lemon and powdered sugar coated.

It is usually served in a dish with pieces of nougat and sugared almonds. This dish is usually available to people during the Christmas season.

Often sold wrapped in paper and when served before eating, because of its powdery, often in hand tightened so that the dough is tight and can be opened with no guarantee undone.
