Juan Beamut Oliva, patriarch of Nougat, is the teacher who has taught us this delicacy, which is obtained by cooking honey, sugar, egg white and selected Marcona almond (Alicante and Jijona), as well as the development of mazapananes , chocolates and all kinds of Christmas cakes.
With Jijona factory, we have the store in Orihuela, where we distribute and we have other products such as sweets, chocolates, candies, jelly beans and licorice.
Pitchman, nomadic family sale, we move to the fairs of San Sebastian (Orihuela), San Anton (Orihuela) and Santa Agueda (Catral), you can also find our exhibitions, on Monday San Javier and Santa Pola, the Tuesday in Orihuela, Guardamar on Wednesday in La Mata, Los Thursday in Javea and La Marina, Torrevieja on Fridays, Saturdays in Santa Pola and Playa Flamenca.
