We take the point of nougat heating sugar, mix it with posteriormete freshly ground Marcona almonds, when still hot nuts are added to stir with a wooden paddle to break as little as possible, let stand for at least 24 hours to to take consistency, cut in thin bars and packaged. Also we leave whole block when we do a fair and sell it to court.
