Preparation:
Its basic preparation consists of melting sugar with water until forming a candy paste that adds almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, honey and sesame. After removing it for a few minutes it extends over an anti-stick surface or in an appropriate mold and lets it cool.
Ingredients:
Almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, azahar honey, sugar, glucose syrup and oblea coating (potato and emulgent: soy lecithin).
