Ingredients:

Yolk Cake:
Marzipan (almond 66% corsage, sugar, glucose and preservative E-200), 50% yolk confit, cinnamon, egg whites to stiff peaks (albumin and sugar) and traces of cornstarch. It may contain trace amounts of lactose and soy.

Glory Cake:
Marzipan (66% bouquet almond, sugar, glucose and preservative E-200), 45% candied yams, cinnamon, egg whites to soft peaks (albumin and sugar) and traces of corn starch. It may contain trace amounts of lactose and soy.
